A very enjoyable stay. Hotel is lovely. Very helpful and friendly staff. GPS was very helpful in finding the hotel. Was able to easily find parking on the street on the next block. Very good location.

Could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

We stayed there for two nights. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The hotel needs some painting though but the decor was pretty. The sink water tasted awfull, like something chemical. I had to rinse my mouth with bottle water afterwards to get rid of the taste.

We got a room by the elevator and it was quite noisy.
The staff answered our questions and responded promptly to our requests but not more than that. There wasn't anything remarkable about their service.

Location: 30 mins walk to the main attractions (Cathedral, Alcazar and the Barrio Santa Cruz). There are pharmacy and grocery stores 3 mins away. As an alternative to walking (when, at the end of the day, you're exausted) you can take a bus ~2 blocks away: bus C4 at Av. Torneo and get off at Torre del Oro and you'll be 2 blocks from the Cathedral. This C buses are circular, meaning that they only go one direction. To go back you can take the C3, I believe, that goes thru Triana. Get off at Torneo and Guadalquivir. (More on city buses (transporte urbano) at Tussam.es and good luck with it!) You can also take a taxi but it'll cost 15 euros to the Cathedral and will take about 20-30 mins anyway.

Pay attention to the street signs. Some streets names had been changed names and the newer maps may not reflect that. The hotel street, for example, is San Vicente but appears as Vicente Miguel in some maps.

Great that it has secure parking....had a decent sized room, No 103 and should have been quiet as it overlooked an inner courtyard but it was very noisy due to what seems like very poor insulation. We could hear all the plumbing noises and voices from nearby rooms . Was a bit of a walk to old town centre but still do-able, even in heels on New Years Eve!! Good value on Late Rooms deal though we ate out. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Well appointed hotel, easy to find with an onsite (underground) garage - We stayed here for 2 nights over the new year. Rooms were a good size with comfortable bed, Room overlooked a delightful inside courtyard. Big downside was the lack of soundproofing between rooms and also common areas. when somone above flushed the WC it sounded like it was coming through the walls - TV`s could be heard through the walls and guests walking down the corridors.
