Stayed in this hotel for two nights - booked through Octopus for 48 euro a night. Our doubleroom was large, clean and comfortable - although we had two single beds pushed together rather then a double bed (might be wise to call and ask for a double bed prior to arrival).

The bathroom was a good size with clean good quality towels and a hairdryer. Toiletries were provided. The air-conditioning worked fine.

The hotel well located and only 5-10mins walk from the train station. You can either take the bus 5mins or its a 15 min walk to the edge of the "old town" center. There is also a very large department store nearby.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days whilst touring the beautiful Andalucia. The hotel is situated in a main road, 10 minutes away from a shopping centre and 30 minutes away from the center of Sevilla. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. I cannot comment about any other facilities of the hotel as we didn't use any. The staff at the reception were very helpful and polite.

I would certainly recommend this hotel.

We received a friendly welcome after a short trip by taxi (30 euros) from the airport. The foyer of the hotel was very impressive. Our triple room was spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space, but minimal drawer space. There was a mini fridge stocked with water and soft drinks for a charge of 2 - 2.50 euros per item. The bathroom was a good size with plenty of fluffy white towels and a hairdryer. Minimal toiletries of shampoo, small soap & plastic comb! The air-conditioning in the bedroom was very welcome in the extremely hot temperatures. There was a room safe available for a charge of 1 euro per person per day. Although overlooking the main road, the traffic noise was minimal.
The breakfast was adequate with a choice of a couple of cereals, orange juice and water. There was a selection of 3 hot foods and also cheese and ham with assorted bread rolls and bread for toast. Also croissants and sweet pastries. Tinned and/or fresh fresh on some mornings. Unbfortunately the provision of yoghurts and hot coffee was a bit hit and miss and the breakfast deteriorated after our 2nd morning when there seemed to be an influx of groups of children into the hotel. Teabags and sachets of decaf coffee were provided, but there was no hot water available. A waiter did give us a small jug of hot water when asked. On our last morning the coffee was barely warm.
Although it stated in the hotel info that the bar was open all day and the restaurant was open in the evenings we saw neither open in our 5 day stay.
The hotel is ideally situated for a short, cheap bus ride into Seville. There are also plenty of places to eat on the numerous side streets and there is a large department store nearby. The railway station is also only a 10 mins walk away.
Overall this is a clean, comfortable, welcoming hotel in an ideal position and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again should we re-visit Seville in the future, but please heat up the coffee!!!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and could not wait to leave.
From the off the staff were unapproachable, unhelpful and spoke very broken english.
During our stay the hotel was being rennovated and when we arrived they were adding the final touches to the lobby which was completely different to the other floors.
In comparison to the soul-less, modern and slick decor of the lobby the rooms and halls were awful. Like a scene from The Shining the hallways went on and on with flickering lights and extremely dated and dirty decor. The wall paint was coming away and the doors to the rooms were old painted wood with strange badly hand painted floral decoration on them. Inside the room was no different- the beds and bathroom were tidy but unclean. There was an old smell to the sheets and to the room.
The en suite looked like it hadn't been changed for 50 years and the excuse for a hairdyer provided was laughable; as was the cleanliness, there were hairs and grime round the edges of the bath, sink and on the shower curtain.
The location was also not great; on a busy main street and a 15 minute bus ride from anywhere central. Luckily the bus stop is just outside the hotel itself.
I hope that the refurbishment has been completed and the hotel is now of a greater standard; including the attitude of the staff as I will not be recommending it to anyone from the experience I had.
