This hotel has a deceptively plush foyer because the rooms are a bit of a shock thereafter. Very tired rooms and decor going back to the 80s. Everything works but we would have changed hotels had we known the city a bit better, but it wasnt worth the hassle. A real pain was having to pay 14 Euros for the car parking and also the Wifi was not free. Our view was of the inside walls of the hotel, although the location at street level of the hotel was also pretty unspectacular. The frontage photo on the web site paints an unrealistic grand impression of its location. On the plus side, the breakfast was the only thing that I looked forward to wiht regards this hotel. The staff at reception weren't really up to the job either. This was all ofset by the fact that Seville was an amazing City and I would definitely recommend a visit here around Christmas. Brilliant shopping, weather and food - all cheap too.

Given the variable reviews, I tried to stay elsewhere, but I could not find anything else available in the same price range.
The location is pretty good - 10 minute walk to the train station where you can also pick up the airport bus, 10 minutes to the Cathedral, plenty on bars etc. within a short walk plus the immediate area is ok just off a main road in a business/residential area - not particulary touristy though.
Thats where the positives end - staff were unfriendly, room was tiny, TV old with very limited selection, the whole place needs decorating/updating.
I didn't eat there or drink in the bar as there are plenty of alternatives right on the doorstep.
It's OK if you can't find anything else, mainly because of it's decent location.

Clean but small room. Good location just at the edge of Sant Cruz, everything is in walking distance (cathedral 10 mins). Staff weren't overly friendly but efficient. Food was expensive in the hotel and the standard was poor, I used a local supermarket. Not suitable for a car as parking is very restricted. Air con ok. Bathroom was as big as the room. Bed was comfy but had a weird pillow.
