This hotel is a bit old but it absolutely deserve its **** stars. Rooms are very big, clean, smart. Parking is available and costs around 10€, parking around is a bit difficult. The hotel is 20-25 minutes far from the cathedral on foot. No free wi-fi. Staff very helpful and breakfast is cheap and with every kind of food (hot/cold/sweet/salty...).

Room was relatively clean but everything was dated and had an old musty smell. Paid parking available which worked great for us as Sevilla is a nightmare to drive in. Staff was extremely helpful and informative, they also helped book a reservation for a nearby dinner & flamenco show last minute.

Arrived at hotel on 7th July 2011.The young lady at reception was most pleasant and helpful.
She gave us maps and guides of Seville and took time to tell us where the main places of interest were located.We were on a 2 day visit and this was very useful.

We had a triple room which was large and roomy.The aircon was excellent and needed as Seville was very hot.The hotel was very well located within an easy walk of main tourist sites and easy to hail taxis if required.The taxis were quite cheap to take.

Breakfast at the hotel was very good with both English and continental and lots of it if required.All staff seemed really nice.

Only criticism would be the lack of aircon in the public rooms such as the bar ,dining room and lounge.

On the whole a very good hotel which is recommended.

This was a good hotel to spend one night in during my travel changeover - the room was well-lit from the big windows with a high standard of cleanliness and comfortable beds. The big drawback was the rudeness of the reception staff, first demonstrated when I innocently asked for a kettle and explained that elsewhere this is a standard thing followed by setting up my internet for the night (which by the way was poor and overpriced).
