Stayed at this hotel with my son. It is an ideal hotel for visitors to Isla Magica as after a day on your feet you want to get back and relax as soon as possible. Room was large and attractive and the bed was the most comfortable i've ever slept in, could quite happily have skipped the park and stayed in it!
Breakfast was of a high standard with a huge choice including a chocolate fountain! Also, proper coffee..
Negatives, no TV channel choice and too far away from Seville centre to walk, although I managed to park with not too much problem.

Definitly coming back soon. The Hotel is just perfect for thos who have little boys like myself and want to spend some quality time with family, not only in magic island but also in the centre of Sevilha. The staff is great, free internet, amazing services. Would strong recomend to everbody.

Stayed for 3 nights.

Positive: Hotel rooms have been restored and are quite large. Bathrooms clean. Staff wonderful, from reception to waiting staff in restaurant. We had a problem with dinner in hotel restaurant which was dealt with professionally.

Negatives: Main problem is the situation of hotel. It is quite far from centre of Sevilla and you need a taxi for any tourism apart from the theme park. For some reason, the hotel staff are inept at calling/booking taxis. After a 45 minute wait, the queue of clients needed at least 8 taxis, and none appeared, even though we were told that the hotel had called 5 different taxi companies....We called one number and 3 taxis arrived in 5 minutes, with another 12 within 10 minutes....very annoying that a 5 star hotel has to rely on guests to book taxis for themselves and other clients.
The rooms were clean and of a good size, but the television reception was ridiculous. Very few channels and most of satellite channels "not available". Bathrooms have been renovated, but quite cheaply. Shampoos, toothbrushes etc offered, but only 1 per room, even though the room was double. No robes.
Mentioned above the problem with dinner in the "Jardin Restaurante". Had a table booked, and decided to order the "rapid menu"....45 minutes later, we were given second courses (not having been given first), which were cold, other courses offered were served with at least 15 minute intervals. Took us 3 hours for a meal which was edible (we were very hungry by that time), but not very good. Price was ridiculous. (but we paid; because no way to get to centre of town to eat decently and hunger!)
All in all, decent hotel, but for anyone thinking of visiting Sevilla, a beautiful town, not good enough. Plenty of other hotels in the centre without having to wait for a taxi.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The trip was booked for us by my kids for my 60th birthday present. I had been looking forward to it since my birthday in June and it lived up to my expectations. The room was spacious and airy,clean, comfortable and modern. The beds and pillows so comfy you sank into them. We found the staff to be pleasant and polite. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The location for us was ok as we both like to walk but too far out if you have any mobility problems or small children. Seville is absolutely fantastic - so much to see and do. Lots of really good tapas bars over the bridge on way to town.
The only downside of the trip was being ripped off by a taxi guy taking us to the hotel from the airport, he charged 33 euros! There is a set price we later found out of 23.
