the hotel location and the rooms were too good but last day thieves open 2 of our rooms and they stolen things. From the hotel said that they weren't responsible. How can open 2 rooms and the hotel hasn;t any responsibility? Too bad because we were waiting at least a sorry. I recomend it but...take your baggages with you and not leave them in the room

We really liked this hotel mostly for its close proximity to the AVE station--it made it really convenient. Rooms were clean, spacious and tasteful. It was affordable and definitely a smart choice if you are going to Seville. My boyfriend made a video about the hotel here:

The rooms were adequate but very small for the two of us and our two suitcases. Our phone didn't work and we missed our wake up call for our tour. They said they fixed the phone once we talked to the hotel manager but unfortunately, the phone didn't work the next day as well. The decor is outdated and the room is a little musty. From our experiences, the front staff have limited knowledge of English as well.

this hotel is unattractive, in a poor location, and not 4 star. Breakfast was basic. I would have preferred a more central location.
