This is a cozy hotel. Front Desk personnel was very nice and helpful. The room was average with a nice bathroom. The TV sets are small. Excelent breakfast. Dinner was included in the tour price. It was okay. Nothing fancy. A little far from most of the tourist area.

The downside was the noise from the traffic outside. We were located on the 5th floor which looks directly on to the busy main road. Sirens, car hooters and general traffic noise continues throughout the night but at its worst until 2or 3 in the morning. The air conditioning was not on at this time of year (confirmed by hotel staff) so we had to open the window which compounded the problem of noise.
Another cause for concern was the lack of safety - the window was large and opened fully. Children could easily climb up to reach the window and fall out as there was no safety grille or window locks.
The location was reasonable. It took approx 20 minutes to walk to the centre, we are reasonably fit but not ideal for anyone with mobility problems.
It's close to the train station which is also where the bus to the airport is located. It costs 2.40 euros one way - we were quoted 28 euros for a taxi! Our 3 night package including breakfast and flights to and from Stansted cost £235 each.
All in all though I was pleasantly suprised having read several negative reviews but think I would find one closer to the centre next time. Seville is a fantastic place to visit

the hotel location and the rooms were too good but last day thieves open 2 of our rooms and they stolen things. From the hotel said that they weren't responsible. How can open 2 rooms and the hotel hasn;t any responsibility? Too bad because we were waiting at least a sorry. I recomend it but...take your baggages with you and not leave them in the room
