This hotel is outside of the main part of the city, however, if you drive to Seville then it is ideal as they have a garage and it is right off the highway. It is about a 15 minute walk into the city. The hotel is clean and nice inside. Not for famies as only two to a room.

We arrived late (10.30pm), and were met by a friendly, smiling gentleman at Reception. Our room on the second floor was small, but perfectly formed and spotlessly clean. When we asked for a recommendation for a place to eat, we were directed to Pura Tasca just around the corner. The food was heavenly, and turned out to be the best tapas we had during our weekend break. If you do not speak Spanish, take a phrase book so you can recognise items on the menu.
The walk into the centre was about 20 minutes, and we felt staying in Triana was a really good choice as you got to experience the hustle and bustle of the city and the friendly-feel of the Triana district. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel!

It is a value for money. Staff is very warm, friendly and efficient. The rooms are very basic but clean. The breakfast is also very basic but the staff is ever accommodating, which is good. The smell in the hotel reception area can be worked on, though. Rest everything was very good. Most of all, it is safe and decent!

We have stayed at this hotel 8 or 9 times. We visit Seville one or twice a year and mostly stay here.
It is very easy to get to off the motorway being just outside the main city. About a 20 to 30 minute walk into the centre for all the touristy stuff and the shopping. Triana is a relatively quite part of the city, few tourists, no hustle. Several small bars and restaurants in the area.
Onstreet parking is limited in Seville so we always use the garage at 10 Euro a night - booking is required as it is fairly small.
The service here has always been excellent. Reception are happy to make reservations at restaurants etc.
The bar is adjacent to the reception area, is comfortable, reasonably priced and a nice place to sit and relax after a few hours walking around Seville.
After several stays here we have not had a single cause for complaint, not a top-class luxury hotel but everything works and is good.
Recommended as long as you don't mind the walk into the city. We are planning another trip shortly.
