Average hotel, good location easy to get to the centro historico and all the other main areas in Seville, metro right outside the hotel. Lots of shopping close by, very friendly staff on reception and in the cafeteria. Lovely breakfasts and a clean and comfortable room.

This hotel is really tired. My first impression from the outside was that it had not be decorated for years. The car park was unkept and there was no clear singe to the front of the hotel. There are also steps before you get into the hotel and no ramp so bad luck if you have a wheel chair, baby carriage or wheelie suitcase. Room smelt badly of stale smoke and had last been decorated 15 years ago? When it was decorated it was actually to a high standard with nice chairs, beds etc.
Walk to the centre of the city is about 15 minutes but quite pleasant.
Wifi does not work, even the staff admitted this! There was also no hard wire internet connection so if you are a business man forget it!
Nice thing about the hotel was the staff. They were always attentive, friendly and helpful.

Nothing to complain about! Very good service, good breakfast and perfect location!Would come back.
