This is a nice hotel with a modern decor. Our suite was large and actually had doors that shut off the bedroom from the sitting area. The A/C worked great and everything was simple and clean. However, as a tourist in Seville, it's not a good location. It's on a large, busy street in the business hotel part of town. Walking into the center of town is along this street and it's not pretty or enjoyable. There is a metro station right out the door that goes into town. After our first night we switched to a small hotel in the Santa Cruz neighborhood so that we would be in the middle of things and liked it a lot better.

Nice functional hotel. helpful staff. Bit of a walk into town. handy for the football ground and train station.

Stayed here with my wife and baby daughter in Oct09. Room size average. Changed to a room at the back, as the one we first had facing the main street was quite noisy (advice: request a room at the back). Staff very accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful: plenty of choice and of good quality. It was a bit of a walk (roughly half an hour) to the center, although a subway stop was located opposite the hotel. Paid parking underneath the hotel.

We arrived at this location and were greeted immediately. We were given a map, and the concierge answered all questions nicely. After checking in the room, we appreciated the cleanliness, view and the fact that the room had a great air conditioning system for the heat outside which was in the high 90's.

The NH Viapol location is near a movie complex which we went to as well as places to eat which are open until past midnight. A walk to the historical town area is best achieved by taking a bus but you can walk for 15 minutes and you're there.

The breakfast menu is outstanding, including typical spanish treats such as chorizos, cheeses and includes regulars such as yogurts, cereals and an assortment of fresh juices. The staff is very corteous even in the morning hours.

We did not find fault on this location and would highly recommend it.

They have nice packages that include breakfast as well.
