This hotel is exceptionally clean and very modern. The staff couldn't be more helpful. We decided to try the breakfast on the first day and it was so good that we actually looked forward to it each morning. There was no cooked food but the array of continental breakfast fayre was more than enough to set us up for the day. A complimentary mini bar of soft drinks and water was great as was the free tea and coffee in the lounge. The hotel itself is a little way outside the city centre but the weather was so good that we just walked along the riverside each morning into the centre of Seville and probably saw lots of interesting sights that we would have missed had we stayed in a city centre hotel. We stay four nights and had absolutely no complaints at all.

In terms of location, may not be the most ideal... However, quality of service & room deco is supreme... Together with the rate... I still think it is the best!!!
Note - Bus 1, 14, and 10 can get you to downtown area within 15 - 20 mins... and the bus stop is just right around the corner!!!

The hotel is perfect. The rooms are very large and extremely clean. Both bedroom and bathroom have everything you need. If you like modern design, that's the place to go. The chamber maid replaced our towels on day 2, although we left them on the rack. The breakfast buffet was excellent. If the hotel wasn't located a little too far away from dowtown Sevilla, this would have been a five-star rating. Of course, you can take the bus or if you prefer, rent a bike with the fantastic system they have in Sevilla (you buy a pass for however long you wish - hours or days, then you jump on a bike, go where you want to go and drop if there). However, it will take you approx. 10-15 mins. by bus or bike and approx. 30-40 minutes on foot to get to downtown. Of course it is a great walk if you choose the promenade on the Guadalquivir. There are not too many restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel, mostly tapas bars. We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this hotel to everyone who appreciates four-star comfort and do not mind not being right in the heart of downtown.

We chose this hotel mostly because of the cheap price (55EUR/night) and we were absolutely amazed by the value and the quality we got for this price.

Location: The hotel is within walking distance from the main tourist areas if you're a good hiker, you should expect a good hike of about 45min. If you're not into walking that much (we only did it the first day) you have alternatives like the rental bikes (10EUR subscription, 1EUR each hour) or public busses (1 or 14, 1.30€ per person fare) The location is pretty much safe with well-lit streets.

Reception: At our arrival we did our best to speak Spanish and as a result we got answers in Spanish. Later on during our stay we learned it was better to just address the staff in English and we got answers in perfect English. At first we thought they couldn't speak English but it turned out we were wrong. :-)

Breakfast: We don't often take breakfast in the hotel as very often it's quite overpriced. Breakfast here was 10.30€ pp. A good choice of yoghurt, fruits, cereals, ham and cheese, breads. No hot choices but certainly enough for a full healthy breakfast.

Room: The room is a little bit smaller than average but very stylish and modern decorated. I very much appreciated the laminate on the floor, I think it's more hygienic and you can really see when the room is cleaned. Mini-bar is complimentary (coke, fanta, water). Bathroom is pretty much OK as well, only minus was the temperature of the shower which went up & down each time we took a shower.
You could here sounds from the corridor and the rooms next door but it didn't stop us from sleeping well. This might give problems if you have noisy neighbors.
Wifi in the room is only available for a charge, in the lounge this is free.

We were really pleasantly surprised by the value this hotel offers and recommend this to others.
