We booked this hotel through Clever Hotels.com via Trivago. We needed a hotel close to the city with an indoor swimming pool for our young daughter. Our GPS could not find the hotel or the street address we had printed on the confirmation, and so we drove around Granada for an hour and had to ask directions several times. When we finally found the hotel we were told by the check in clerk that the street has 2 names and it doesn't usually show up correctly on GPS. We were also advised that our daughter was too young to use the indoor pool. Nowhere on either of the websites was there any information to advise that the age limit was 16yrs and above to use the indoor swimming pool. We also booked this hotel under the impression from other reviews that it was a 10min walk into the city (perhaps if you are jogging or speed walking). It is definately more like a 30-45mins walk. Private parking under the hotel is 15euro per day but it's so far out of town, on street parking is not a problem. The room had a black out blind which was necessary to use as the only other window coverings were horrible orange paper like strips which left gaps looking straight out into the houses across the street. We had no idea how to work the blackout blind there was no indication in the room on how to pull it down. We eventually found a switch identical to the light switches next to the head board. You could see from previous use that other people had tried to pull the blind down by hand as it was dirty and broken at the bottom. The hotel, although tastefully designed had absolutely no atmosphere, it has a big open and cold atrium with uncomfortable seating which doesn't make you want to relax and spend time having a drink. The cooked breakfast was also cold. I would not stay at this hotel again and regret making the booking.
