The location of this hotel is great - very convenient to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, taxis, buses, etc. However, your stay in this hotel will probably depend on what room you get. Unfortunately, we stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and had a room facing the street. We got almost no sleep, as people seemed to love shouting and singing in the streets until the early morning hours. The windows do keep out some noise (I tried opening them during what I thought was a quiet time, only to discover that it was still noisy outside) but they do need better soundproofing somehow. The beds were extremely comfortable - memory foam! But the shower in our room was too small to turn around in and we ran out of hot water quickly. Very small and cramped but the decor was nice. Breakfast was very simple, cereal and breads. Also, the room we were in was in a weird little hallway with another door that closed and we didn't notice this until we tried to leave and found ourselves in a dark box (the lights don't stay on)! Kind of funny now, but a little disorienting at first. Overall, mixed feelings about this one. You can see that they've made an effort to make it nice, but the noise and other drawbacks are just too much. Guess I wouldn't go back but it might be great for a younger group into the nightlife.
