We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. We had an excellent room. It was quite spacious with plenty of room for suitcases etc. The bedroom had an interesting ceiling with Andalusian style painting on one half and patterned wooden construction on the rest. The bathroom was perfectly adequate. Outside the front door of the bedroom was an open air gallery that overlooked the courtyard.
It could be a little noisy at night (to mid-night) if there was a noisy party taking dinner. We could have reduced the effect if we had closed the double glazed windows. However, we prefer not to use air conditioning so kept the windows open and so were more aware of the noise. So we caused part of the problem and, in any case, it was all over by mid-night.
The hotel was very friendly and well cared for. The restaurant provided a very decent meal either menu of the day or a la carte.
There has been some criticsm of the breakfast. It was a typical Spanish breakfast, so no English fry-up. But what's the beef? This is Spain, not Blackpool! If you are looking for a hotel in the heart of Granada, in walking distance of the Alhambra, the Albayzin and the Cathedral then it would be difficult to do better at the price.
