The people who run this pension are very nice and helped me find everything I needed (Granada is where I spent an "errands day" while on a longer trip). The hotel itself is very attractive, the breakfast is good, the location is very convenient. Clean and well run. Recommended.

We didn't stay here, but were recommended to try the cafe for breakfast by Lucy from GoGranada. So impressed were we that we had breakfast on several occasions, it was well prepared, great coffee, good tostadas and also excellent eggs and bacon. Did I mention the good value, and the reasonable cost? I want another cup of their coffee now. One of the places where they give you a cupful of tomato, not just a tostada with a smidgin of tomato on top. Do try.

I've just stayed at the Landazuri for 2 short stays of 2 nights and 3 nights and have stayed there several times in previous years. I love everything about this hotel - the location is superb on the road leading up to the Alhambra - there is no traffic noise! There's a beautiful roof terrace giving fantastic views of the Alhambra and the city. It really is a serene place to sit and have a drink in the evening. The rooms are really spacious and are cleaned every day. The hotel is family run and every member of the family is polite, helpful and friendly. Very reasonable prices too - our room had a balcony looking out to the front and cost a mere 34 euros. The rooms with bathrooms are of course a little more but the shared bathroom was 2 steps away from the room and was spotlessly clean so not a problem at all! In my view, this is a fantastic place to stay in the beautiful city of Granada so check it out!

When we arrived we were shown 2 rooms and told they were 30 euros so we shifted from the hotel that we were staying in cause it would be cheaper then the 4 star for 50 euros a night. The room smelled and you can hear EVERY sound in the hotel. When someone flushes the toilet, takes a shower, closes the door, walks around, talks in there room. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING. When we went to check out they told us it would be 45 euro but they would give us a 5 euro discount.WHAT DISCOUNT??? They said it would be 30 Euros. The owner said that she never said that then the WHOLE FAMILY CAME INTO THE LOBBY to yell at us. The Momma, the daughter, the man standing in the hallway. All I did was ask and they jumped down my throat. We never would have switched hotels if it would have been for 10 EUROS. Then she tried to come up with a bunch of excuses and pointed to some paper with prices on the wall. WHY DID SHE SHOW US 2 ROOMS AND SAY 3O EUROS, THEN WHEN WE GO TO PAY Say "YES WE HAVE 30 EURO ROOMS BUT NOT YOUR ROOM". If you say 30 euros then give us the 45 euro room HOW SHOULD WE KNOW???! NOT HONEST and TERRIBLE ROOM.I've traveled all over the world and not had a problem like that before. Spend another 10 euros and stay at a 4 star around the corner. HOTEL MACIA Plaza is wonderful and the staff was amazing!
