Having lived in Granada, we chose this hotel for the location, which is second to none. It's right in the middle of everything, so can be a bit noisy. The room quality is very poor, but you do get what you pay for. We only paid €30 per night and you can't complain for that. The breakfast is really not worth having, there are so many other places to get some coffee and toast from nearby for the same price or cheaper. There's no air con, only a fan, so it was pretty warm in there. But to use as a base for exploring the city - you can't complain.

We had a great stay at the Montecarlo Hotel. The location is perfect for all the sightseeing we wanted to do.

The rooms were basic, but big and clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Keep in mind this is a 2 star hotel and not modern, but the quality you receive far outshines the price you pay.

Positive things: the hotel reception is very efficient and the location is very good.
Negative things: there is no fruit in the breakfast and the summer doesn`t have air conditioning, only fans. The internet is terrible.
The price is very honest. For those who doesn't want to pay much, it's a great option.

Everything in the hotel was bad! Small rooms , no light in the bathroom , bathroom door didn't close properly ,the bathroom's window gives to another room's window , no air conditioning , no refrigerator.The Montecarlo Hotel Granada was the worst hotel I have ever been in.
