Perfect location at noisy street and silence in room: this was the first impression (double widows make it). Small clean room, old type but efficient A/C, fridge. Nice and not expensive rooftop bar and a modern lounge in basement . This building must be at least 40 years old, but well kept and with every modern facilities. The staff is very helpful, even with car parking in the deep garage opposite. Nice place of good value.

This hotel is in a good location. We had requested a non-smoking room,but were putin an interior room that was obviously used by smokers from the smell. We reuested a non-smoking room and were given a room overlooking the street. It was a good size and quiet. A warning that the free Internet is not secure Wi-Fi.

Rooftop snack bar is good for cheap breakfast and drinks. Underground car park is across the street.

Reading the reviews i asked myself if i was not wrong on the place, specially the spanish people who only seem to care about the price- this being a good place- you must be joking.

Ok it`s central, clean, but:

-The single room i had was the smallest i have seen in my life;
-The interior rooms are labirintical, windows face alleys of concrete, no privacy, if there is action in the next room you are part of it;
-The exterior rooms are so noisy you can forget;
-Getting there by car is a nightmare and parking costs 13 € on a super narrow spot on a -3 level across the street;
-The place looks like a trendy bar with rooms in the backyard-By the hour.
-One lift for 6 floors and all the rooms.
-In a emergency setting this place is a trap.`

We stayed 4 days in a double room for just 180euros.
very centric, clean, comfortable and cheap.
they accept dogs. very easy-going people. excellent!
