Lets start with the positive. The Hotel offers nice clean quality rooms and the center is only 5 minutes walk away.
The customer service is good if compared in Spanish standard, which mean that they speak English and somehow will help you with your querys.
Now the negative part.
We arrived at the hotel, we wanted to park in the hotel parking, there was no signs anywhere or description how to find the parking area. After a few tries we found it........ we thought, but it was the wrong parking house.
They told us not to worry and that they would pick up the car and move it to the right parking house. This sounded like good service, right?
All in all the mix up would have been avoided if they had either, a sign on the parking house, a map in the hotel or the receptionist had gone outside and pointed at the right parking house.
This properly doesn't sound that bad, but there is more to come.
... later we ask if everything was all right with the car and they said "yes"! I senced something wrong but did not, pay enough attention to it in basic trust/naivity.. living in Spain I should have known better.
When I 2 days later went to pick up the car, it had a huge scratch/bumb in the front door, it was obvious that this was created by the person who had driven the car in the parking house, as the paint and spot of the scratch/bumb matched the piles in the parking house.
Really really bad they did not tell us what had happened.
we enjoyed the stay in Granada and at the hotel, "sh!t happens" but they could at least has been honest about it!
The hotel don't have any English speaking TV channels - which was disapointing to!
