The hotel is small and comfortable located in a side street off a main road. It is near to a number of bars which give you free tapas. It is about a 15 min walk to the cathedral. The breakfast and evening meal menus are extensive given the size of the hotel. The room are small but adequate for a short stay.

We stayed here on a Cosmos bus tour in November 2008, and found the hotel very central to everthing we wanted to do. We walked around town from the hotel which ia really located in the middle of a busy commercial area.
Walked across the road for a few beers and tapas, and down to the christmas markets.
The room was ordinary, but comfortable. They had a reasonable and comfortable seating in the foyer and a bar that seemed to cater for locals as well as hotel guests.
The meals were provided by way of a bain marie buffet, and there was plenty to eat, and the variety of food certainly suited us.
There was free Wifi, and the reception desk personnel appeared that they were going through the motions.
When we booked out we left our luggage with the reception area, and the guy arranged a taxi for the airport without any bother.

Only stay here if you require poor service and enjoy the distintive smell of cleaning fluid and drains.
Our room had no shower screen, although fixings were still in place. The safe didn't work (valuables were left at front desk) and when opening the window, to let out the smell of cleaning fluid, the smell of the drains took over.

The food can best be decribed as "adequate" but uninteresting, there are further comments in other reviews that make the point more strongly. This is the first hotel where my wife and I have been chased from the dining room by a member of staff, they accused us of stealing an apple each....!!!!

Worse of all were the staff, they were, without exception, the most miserable bunch of people we have ever met during our years of travel.

This was a one night stay in Granada. The tour arrived at night with plans to see the attractions in the morning after check-out. The hotel look pleasant enough on the outside, but the minute you walk in the lobby the smell of air freshener was overwhelming.

The smell continued into the elevator and the rooms. Our room strongly smelled of the nauseating combination of smoke and air freshener, plus dirty. not a very pleasant experience
