“5 stars if only...but it's nearly perfect:)”

I had my birthday treat to granada from my wonderful lovely partner..we stayed in this exquisite hotel for 5 nites..the intriquite detail ,the style, historic touches are beautifully well placed..the stained ceiling on the main reception is there stamp of history. If u like character and great value. In a central location ,this is the place! ..the staff are helpfull. The rooms are well kept and clean..THE ONLY RECOMMENDATIONS I'll give to the management Is to upgrade there wifi signal to the rooms because this would make everyone's stay more convenient rather than going down to the main reception. Just to keep up with the times and people with smart phones,iPads ,laptop..this place is a gem. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again..because Granada is beautifull. So please EXTEND YOUR WIFI SIGNAL THROUGH UR ROOMS :) many thanks again and see u very soon.

“quality hotel”

I have stayed here on several occasions and without doubt is one of the best i have used in Granada. the hotel is less than a stones throw away from the city center which is absolutely beautiful. The hotel theme is Moorish and offers the usual Continental breakfast, i will normally go out for the morning though and find a cafe for breakfast. the staff are helpful and onsite parking is available. out of season the rooms are very very competitively priced and clean an comfortable.

Room Tip: Although there is no business center there is free wifi

“A little bland but perfectly comfortable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 January 2012

I booked this hotel on lastminute with a very good discount and I thought that it was an excellent value for money and would have marked it as excellent for us, but I understand that for someone who is paying full price it would be a little misleading. So Pros: great location next to the best tapa bars with very tasty tapas and not too touristy; comfortable large common areas; the look of a proper good hotel, friendly English speaking service, very convenient undeground parking (you have to pay for it though), very clean, large room with nice features. Cons: room is quite dark, the bes was not very comfortable, everything is little lacking charachter, but I am being really picky now.
Overall it was a great hotel! I would highly recommend it especially if you can get a good price.
Tip for driving: make sure you e-mail beforehand and ask for a map how to drive to them - makes it very easy, otherwise, Granada's central streets are a nightmare.

Room Tip: We asked for a room with the window outside and were happy we did. It was a little dark but perfectl...

“Great location!!!! Very nice!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 January 2012

We saw this hotel in National Geographic Traveler magazine and decided to try-glad we did!
Wonderful location in old town area and easy walking to everything! We arrived in afternoon of New Year's Eve day with no reservations for dinner. Hotel staff helpful and made a good recommendation-we ended up eating earlier than would have liked-but glad we took the tip and made an afternoon reservation as most places were closed or booked and we saw so many people get turned away. Plaza del Carmen just steps away-fireworks, great band, etc. for NYE party-we had a great time.
Great Tapas bars nearby. Room was a little small-but very comfortable, clean and quiet. Huge bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend! Beautiful lobby. (free beverages)

“Great central location - great value but think smart and try and take the Jnr Suite!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 January 2012

Just got back from a great trip to Granada - such a fun and busy city. And this location is brilliant being next door to one ofthe best bars and restaurant in town - the Asador on the next block.
We upgraded to Jnr suite and it was lovely - room 302 - lovely space with comfortable sitting room for 4-6. Underground parking could be difficult so ask the hotel to send you their own map - easier to find and follow the signs - no problem!
I could see that if you just used a street map you would struggle as per some reviews below...
We chose room only and walked out to the Sq with the town hall (just 150m) and dived into a local coffee shop/Jamon palace opposite for a toastie...perfect.
We had our windows closed at nite and had no disturbances...however, the other room in our party did struggle with outside noises but they had their windows open?!? Keep em closed, no problem!
