“Just Alright”

This hotel was alright. Breakfast was good and the views from the lounge and patio are very nice. The rooms are small and hallway noises are very easy to perceive. Access to th Al Ahambra by foot or bus was one of the best in town. The rooms were clean, quaint and nice, though on the small side for double occupancy. There was plenty of hot water for showers as well.

I would stay in a different neighborhood and hotel with more shops, restaraunts and sights near by, though this was fine for the money.

“Charming!!”

This hotel was slightly tucked away, but not so much as to detract from being near the major sights, just enough to feel like we had our own little hideaway. The owners were very helpful and very Spanish, and our room was lovely!
Rooms were small but not uncomfortably so, just kind of cozy. I liked to sit on the windowsill and enjoy the breeze :)
Nice showers!

“Nice surprise”

My husband and I stayed at this hostal for 3 nights. It's off the main street but within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Family owned, the desk people were friendly. Other staff made a real effort to communicate with us even though their English vocabulary was not extensive. The rooms were a little on the small side but always clean. It's really a great value / find and would return.

There is a great local tapas bar near-by. It's located on the local bus route which we took to get to train station to continue further travels.

“Simple but lovely”

Idilic place, old but lovely building in a quiet cul-de-sac only at ten minuts walking to Pl. Nueva. I agree with other visitors about the room: is not very modern and maybe "rococo", and there's no TV or phone. But it's clean and paceful, and that's the important thing because it's cheap too! Personal are old people but familiar... and if you can, try to take room number 108, with a lovely balcony to read a great book or enjoy the Spain's sun.

“Clean and well priced”

One must remember this is 2 star and value for money.I agree with other reviews well placed we walked several times into town and the Alhambra. it is tucked away so very quite. The staff were great in that reserved spanish way. They let us use the kitchen to fix tea and snacks to eat on the nice spacious terrace, something unusual for this type of place. Also a nice sitting room to use when it rained. It is very clean this is Europe on a budget rooms are tiny and bathrooms even more so but you do have your own bathroom. I would use them again it had far more pluses than minuses
