Located a short walk from the Palacio de Congres, making it convenient for conferences. Has the amenities of a large hotel, including a free breakfast that offers many choices (although none are particularly exceptional). Wireless in rooms is fast, although didn't work for a day or two of my stay. The rooms are large, but not well planned for functionality, as much of the room is a large entrance area that serves no purpose. The bedroom is poorly lit (only small desk lamps), which make it difficult to do work. Staff is helpful, but seems perhaps a bit overworked.

The hotel was within walking distance of the centre of Granada and easy access to Al Hambra. The roof top gives great views of Sierra Nevadas and city. Hop on and off tour bus stops just across road. Also within walking distance of a brilliant science park, where you could easily spend all day. Great for kids. We booked for three and got an excellent junior suite with two bedrooms. Value for room was excellent and the room was cleaned and towels, toiletries replaced daily if needed. The hotel is a bit faded but at the prices well worth a stay.

we stayed for a wedding that was held at the hotel, and although there was nothing amazing about the hotel, everything was just fine. friendly and attentive staff, breakfast ok, clean, comfortable, good location. maybe because of the wedding we got a special rate, so we had a junior suite, with nice views, two bedrooms, breakfast included for 3 people, all for 80€. great value. plus the views from the rooftop bar are fantastic. not great on atmosphere, but if you want somewhere easy and comfortable, I would recommend it.

This hotel in North America is 2 stars at best. Everything is outdated. They spared every expense on updating the rooms and put laminated flooring, a cheap plywood bench and desk, framed wall paper instead of pictures, and had early 90s 15" television. The worst part about this hotel was when we arrived to our room it was it was about 90 degrees F. When I questioned the front desk about the AC he politely informed me that the AC had been turned off for the year even though it was in the 80s outside. It was like a sauna all night. Also there is no parking available. It is either in the public garage or the street if you can find a spot.
Do not stay here. It is not worth it.
