Though unassuming from the outside, Hotel Cedran was a great find. It only cost us 60euros per night, so we extended our stay from one to four nights.
The location is brilliant - just off the Grand Via, the service was incredible - when our car was towed away from a Granada street, the receptionist went out of her way to help us find it (as we don't speak much Spanish) and the rooms were simple, but comfortable.
The wireless is included in the price and didn't falter on us at all, though they mentioned it could be unpredictable. We also made a few phone calls that weren't charged - though I'm not sure if that's standard! Overall it was relaxed and comfortable and made our stay in Granada a much smoother experience. I would return without hesitation.

This hotel is nicely located just off of Gran Via. The room was 39 Euros for a double. It was not like the photos posted of the chic black and white rooms with black headboards, etc. Instead it was bright blue walls and floral drapes that were not that old but definitely not that hip. All of that didn't matter thought because the room was very clean and spacious. It's basic, but also had some extras not found in budget hotels...like free toothbrushes, a comb (in case people use those anymore), shampoo and soap. The free wifi was very fast and consistent. We got a room on the 2nd floor, so maybe the signal was best there. The room faced the quiet street and had a little balcony, adding to the charm. The staff were friendly.

The hotel was pretty nice in terms of looks and feel. The bedroom was spacious and had some character. The free wireless internet worked well at first, but by the fourth day it had slowed down considerably for some reason... The AC unit was broken for the first three nights and was fixed on the day we left unfortunately. But I suppose the important thing is that it was fixed? Staff was nice, it was a great central location with little noise at night. And we loved Granada!
