Our room was a bit small after they added a bed for our kid, but it was expected. And it only had a small window, but we didn't need to spend much time in it, anyway. It was clean, everything working perfectly. The staff was extremely helpful, spoke perfect English when our Spanish failed us. They assisted in making reservations to local events/sites. They also offered a very helpful local tourist map, which we used extensively. The included breakfast was a real treat, fresh, with great variety of offerings and helpful staff keeping everything running. We didn't use the restaurant for other meals, but stopped for a beer the first night before hitting the sack (tip: the local beer is superb!) Granada is a wonderful city and the hotel is located within walk distance of everything you want to see and experience. That's a big plus, because the best of Granada cannot be seen by car. One complaint: the hotel could use a couple more computers in the lobby for guests to use, especially in a hotel with so many youngsters... But the young'ins were always well-behaved and ready to surrender the single computer to guests who needed it.
