I stayed here for 1 night in Sept 2010 as part of a guided tour. The same night there were 1 Globus group and 2 Trafalgar groups also staying in the hotel.
After seeing the Alhambra, we just ate dinner and went to sleep as we had a very early wakeup the next day. So this review will be pretty short.
The decor was modern in the 1980s, but hasn't been renovated since then. The room is reasonably sized. When we entered our room, a service person came by to glue-up an accent table that had been previously damaged. There's a safe in the room, but you need to pay to use it. Blankets, no down comforters.
There are 3 computers in the lobby but you have to pay for internet on them. Wifi in the lobby is free for hotel residents though.
Directly across the street is an "El Ingles Cortes" Hypermarket - department store + supermarket all rolled up in one. Very convenient.
The restaurant has a nightly buffet. The food quality & selection was decent. It was super packed with tour groups though.
