This hotel has comfortable rooms and comfortable beds with memory foam mattresses. Shower water pressure is great, but the usual half way-glass wall barrier issue which we have had with so many European hotel tub/showers leads to all the water ending up on the bathroom floor , There isn’t anything striking or special here, but there are no major negatives either. Everything is clean and at the level you would expect from a typical 3 star in Europe. The desk staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on the main tapas hopping street, and for this reason alone I would likely select a different hotel were I to be in Granada again. Too many people are constantly drinking, smoking, spilling out of the tapas bars that line the narrow streets. Having said this, sound insulation is fantastic with the windows they use. Breakfast was fine as well, with the usual selections found in Spanish hotels and dismal coffee. The elevator is TINY for a hotel of this size, and no more than three people can fit into it comfortably. None of these points are major negatives, and I would recommend the hotel as a good value for the money you pay.
As an aside in our experience Granada was rather abysmal for food, compared to the rest of Spain. Not enough restaurants, and extremely pool quality tapas in one too many a place. But still a lovely town.
