Excellent hotel! Very easy to find and reach by car. Perfect with parking in the basement of the hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Good quality in the restaurant/cafeteria. Very short walk to the center of Granada. Really very good value for money! The hotel will definitely be the first choice when we are visiting Granada again. Best regards from very satisfied Norwegians.

Excellent service, very friendly personnel, spacious rooms and really good price for the high quality of service they deliver.
It is a perfect choice for couples or families. Not far from the Historic centre of Granada.

Enjoyed the European style breakfast and buffet dinner. Restaurant service was excellent. Not your typical four star hotel compared to the states but clean. However, hotel is located on a busy street so noisy especially at night. Beds were stiff, so was not able to get a good nights rest.
Not recommended hotel for business especially if you need WiFi service. No internet service available. Well there is, but was not working at all during our stay and staff is helpless to assist since it's a separate entity from the hotel.
Except for the restaurant, service was the worst at this hotel from among the hotels we stayed during our tour of Spain. In general, could have stayed at a better hotel for same value.
