We stayed in April, during Easter and had a ground floor front room. We had front row seats for the parades that were happening for Easter. The room was great, we had our own bedroom whilst our daughter had the double size sofa bed (which she loved). The room had a kitchen and small dining table for eating. The windows were double glazed so when shut, couldn't hear any street noise, apart from the parade it was very quiet. The hotel was very central to everything, catherdal, bus stop to go to the Science park (would recommend). Across the road we had dinner and watch some great soccer matches.

For a hot breakfast, would definitely recommend Morrisons down the road, the food was wonderful.

Stay here! This place is awesome! Soundproof rooms if you ask to be away from the street. Our windows are double glazed and have internal decorative shutters too! the room is silent and dark! Sirens right outside, can barely be heard.

The bed is 'memory foam' as are the pillows. There are 2 flat screen tvs, one in the living room, one in the bedroom. I'm buying 2 pillows like this as soon as I get home.

The shower has 2 heads. One HUGE rose above the head, one hand held. The toilet has a mechanical bidet, like Japan's- with buttons and options.

The living room/kitchen has tiny stove top, microwave, fridge and kitchenware, dining suite and sofabed and nice decor.

Sonia on the desk is helpful and friendly. There is a quiet room downstairs from reception where you can chill out with one of their dvd movies or use their pc. The rooms have wifi. and 3 English tv news channels. The rooms and furnishings are lovely and clean.

Short walk to old town, trains, Arab town and commercial shopping. Busses to everywhere stop at the door almost!

Very nice, modern rooms. Good size. Very clean. Friendly staff. FREE Wi-fi, even in the rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

BTW, there is a good Chinese restaurant right across the street at Gran Via 45 called Mare Nostrum. Decent Chinese food for very good price.
