On arrival we were given a room with a balcony that was completely shaded as heavy tree growth was blocking all light. There was no way you could have sat out here as you would have felt cocooned with the heavy growth.
***Make sure you book a room with a pool facing view and with a balcony, as I noted some rooms do not have balconies****
Only other complaint as mentioned by other travellers, was the sound proofing left a lot to be desired, you could hear everything.
Apart from this i would still recommend these apartments especially for the money you will pay. Of course if you had the extra money you would book the Sol Don Pablo directly across the road but financially this suited us.
Arriving with a young family the apartments were ideal as the kids loved the pool, indoor pool, bar snacks and ices, the usual, the apartments are immaculate.
The bar staff weren't the friendliest although they never caused us any grief.
The location of these apartments are tremendous, close by the beach, some lovely bars and around the corner from the shops if you take the rear lift.
Torremolinos itself is a fantastic place and does not deserve the stigma of being a "chavvy resort."
The front is stunning and you can walk for miles enjoying the beatiful scenery and admiring the stunning bars/restaurants.
The beach is so vast that you will always be able to find a spot to relax on as it's kept spotless.
The shops are great also as the streets are buzzing constantly as is the main square which seems to be the main meeting place to eat and drink.
As a family we loved the resort and we were happy with our accomodation. This was a cheap holiday that suited all of our needs, would go back tomorrow if we could.
