These appartments are right in the centre of town, however they are not noisy and are set in private gardens above the La Nogalera bars and shops. All the gates are locked and a guard is on duty 24/7 so very secure. Yes there has been a lot of work done over the last 2 years in the corridors and entrances upgrading electrics and fire safety etc, but its all but finished now. We have stayed in a few appartments over the last few years and they are all very large, often 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge, with balconies. Maid service is daily, apart from Sundays. The are great value and close to everything you need.

Never stopped in a place like it. The place is a dump.The apartment blocks are under repair so it's like living on a building site,( constant banging and drilling ).You could taste the dust as soon as you walked into the foyer. Having a quiet moment in the apartment was deffinitely a no no due to the noise. Some of the English full time residents we spoke to, said the work had been going on for a year and was expected to last for another two to three years. There was no ceilings in the corridors or the foyer. there was wires hanging everywhere. and buckets under leaking pipes. The stairways where covered in dust the whole week.The apartment we stopped in could have done with more than a repair job, it needed a rebuild.I have included some photos for you to see the state of the place.And another thing the pool didn't open until 11 o'clock.Also the apartment are located in the middle of all the men only bars.If you must go to these apartments them please don't go in the one we did, The owner was from Barnsley.

Stayed there in June for 14 nights. The apartment was spacious, very clean and confortable. The complex is secure as sr the doors into the apartment. Service was excellent with maid service every day except Sundays. Location was great and with the two pools open there was no over crowding.
Would certainly go back again on my next trip to the area.

I found this one bedroomed apartment on the internet on the spain-holiday website . The apartment was very cheap costing €450 for the week for the 1st week of August .
This apt faced the gardens which was nice and I would imagine much quieter than the street facing apts.
What was very important was that it had its own Air Conditioning system .The temp were plus 40 that week. From conversations we had with other people .Not many apats here had Air Con systems as the main sytem had been out of order for 2years.
The pools and gardens were probably the best part of this complex as they were large and not used a great deal
On the negative side the building themselves itself are a bit dated having been built in the 60s . Our Apt was fine and had been renovated recently but some apats have not been renovated for some time .
Have booked again for next year I can say no more
