“Terrible stay. Don't be fooled by the 3 stars.”

This hotel has not been taken care of since 25 years ago. It's just a hotel living out on elderly state subsidized travel and that it was somehow rated 3 stars. I really can't figure out why authorities have not dropped the 3 star rating. The location is just next to the very noisy highway, if you get lucky you can even get a perfect view of the gas station just 10 meters away. Rooms, corridors, elevator, beds, bath etc.. are completely worn out. The buffet has absolutely no appeal and its tasteless. Watch out because it's a popular pick by unscropulous travel agencies offering cheap accomodation.

“Never, Never, Never Again”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 October 2009

The food was disgusting, bacon raw and dipped in fat!! The only food that you could recognise was the fruit.

I literally heaved at the presentation of the food on one day, disgusting.

I only ever saw 4 members of staff in the hotel. You even had to clear your own tables in the restaurant. there was no service at all. Needless to say we ate very little in the 5 days we were there.

“Don't go there”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 October 2009

This is the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in.The room overlooked the busy coast road and a garage. Although the room was clean, the pillows and top cover on the bed had a discusting smell of stale sweat.
The food was inedible, for example, the scrambled egg had a brown crust on the top!!!! and the bacon looked like it had just been dipped in fat. Breakfast and evening meals were equally as bad.
If for any reason you do decide to venture there, don't have a taxi from the airport. We were charged 20 euro's for a short trip. Take the train directly from the airport. it stops near the hotel and only cost 1.25 euro's.

“NO WAY!!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 August 2009

I visited this hotel for 4days with my great grandmother and was mortified by the hotel, food and general standards.
I would class this hotel more of a 1/2star as opposed to the 3stars it claims to hold.
Checking in was fine and hotel staff were courteous and friendly. When we arrived in our room the smell that hit us was like something out of the sewer. I did not report this fault i have to say so i did not give the hotel a chance to rectify this but i would have thought that they would of known not to allow this room to be used.
All hotel channels are in Spanish
The hotel is situated on the duel carriage way-HORRIFIC
it is near the train station and only cost us 1.80euro return to travel into the centre and back.
The food was terrible. No name plates so you would have to guess what each food being served was.
When it was time to leave i was so happy. I would only reccommend this hotel for people who only need to rest their head.
The grounds of the hotel (rear of hotel by the pool) were absolutely beautiful. Its was the highlight of my holiday. Oh and the service of the staff was lovely. Its a shame that the hotel let them down.
