We have just returned from a week at the Pinomar Hotel Marbella. The hotel is quit old but in good conseving condition. The service is simple and perfect. It have a dinner buffet with many many diferent food every days. The beach have a brown sand (not so good). If you want a central Hotel this is not a good idea, becouse this hotel is 6 Km far from Marbella.

Estimado Huésped,

Muchísimas gracias por compartir su experiencia con nosotros. Sepan que es nuestro objetivo que pasen los mejores días de vacaciones y es por eso por lo que trabajamos e intentamos mejorar día a día.

Le pido disculpas si la persona que le atendió no lo hizo correctamente, y de haberlo comunicado, hubiesemos tomado las medidas necesarias, y le hubiesemos aclarado el precedimiento. Le comunico que este año se ha cambiado la dinamica del hotel, se ha ofrecido un Todo Incluido Caribbean, en el que se servia ud. mismo las bebidas.

Lamentamos muchísimo no haber cubierto todas sus expectativas y estaríamos encantados de que nos brindara la oportunidad de volver a recibirle en cualquiera de nuestros establecimientos.

Ante todo agradecer su crítica ya que a través de esta tenemos la mejor vía para conocer las vivencias de nuestros huéspedes durante sus vacaciones, marcándonos así el camino en pro de conseguir un producto a su medida. En primer lugar quisiera agradecerle su crítica porque es en parte a través de las mismas como nuestro establecimiento consigue mantener calidad y servicio lo más sobresaliente posible para hacer sentir a todos nuestros huéspedes como si estuvieran en su propio hogar.

Estamos encantados con su percepción de nuestro nuevo sistema de Todo Incluido Caribbean, ya que está pensado para hacer de su estancia al menos en el plano gastronómico lo más cómoda y agradable posible.
