The rooms were very spacious and clean, but the decor was a little tired and some of the furniture was past it's best. Gardens were pretty and well maintained and the car park was large and very secure. Reception could have been more inviting, but the local bars and cafes were very good. Whilst staying at Aloha Gardens, every day we had breakfast at a bar called TR3S PALOS, which had good food.

Great for families with no kids. Not child friendly at all especially the pools , they are not very clean and not safe for small children or toddlers. Otherwise IRS fabulous for adults to stay

The pool was out of order – the hotel management didn’t care
The gymnasium did not exist – the hotel management didn’t care
The room was very dirty, damp and smelly, old and tired, and the furniture had seen better years, let alone days. Paint kept falling off the wall, and it had several cockroaches along with other nightly creep’s…….

Seriously – this resort is NOT value for money, on the contrary, it is high time people started to accept less and demand at least some value for money.

Avoid this place – it is certainly not anywhere near 4 star – honest review = 2 star

P.s. Many people we met, laughed at the star rating of this place. It appears to be a party zone, full of hen parties, and the younger more louder individuals.

We have stayed at the Aloha Gadens 3 times since 2006. In the past we felt it was a good value for the money. However, on this most recent visit we were extremely dissapointed with the resort. The sofas and beds urgently need to be replaced. They were worn out and very uncomfortable. The out door seating was cheap plastic tables and chairs that were mismatched and dirty. The back door "garden" was dominated by a dead plant stump. The upstairs bathroom was infested with small ants that found their way into all of our toothbrushes, hair brushes, and other toiletries. When we asked to change rooms at the front desk we were told that they were full and it was not possible. It did not appear true that all of the other rooms were full so I am not sure why they would not change us. The pool areas have deteriorated significantly since we first visited. Also there was a lot of very shoddy maintenance work that was not completed with crumbling outside walls and exposed pipes and loose gravel all over.

Worst of all, the price now is not so good to overlook these deficiencies in the property. We will certainly not go back to the Aloha Gardens based on the price to value ratio. It is a shame because when we first started going we were very pleased with the place.
