Room was pretty basic and everything in it either old or broken. We had an ant infestation in the beds the first night, luckily when we complained the cleaners did seem to sort it as they never came back.
Staff on reception seem a bit weird, one creepy guy on during the night who follows you round and no one really seems to care about anything.
As with the post below I was also robbed of a dress. Didnt even bother to report it.
Roof top pool was quite nice but small and no shade.
Breakfast total crap, never bothered after the first morning! toast n juice that was about it.
I guess you get what you pay for but I would never stay here again. Only bonus is its quite central.

I am currently writing this whilst sat in our room at the Marbella Inn. Like the last couple of reviews we too have been a victim of what appears to be one unscrupulous maid/cleaner. Like a previous review our room was serviced by a Spanish only speaking cleaner - in this case, one we had not met before - and this appears to have happened during this occasion.

Today is Thursday, and we have only just discovered what has happened. We are sure, 100%, that this has happened on Tuesday. Two items, a black dress and a white kaftan were taken from my partners case, but as with any situation like this we have no proof.

Both items are 'as new' condition, with one item having been packed in the case with the tags still on as it arrived the morning we travelled.

What is extremely annoying/worrying is that there is next to nothing that can be done to keep items such as clothing secure within the room - personal items can be stored in the safe which is extra, but highly recommended.

I would say that the rest of the hotel is as to be expected. Basic, reasonably tidy, and pretty typical of Spanish hotels of this price range. kitchen in room is pretty grimey, and the room certainly could do with some renovation. I would write a better review, but I am incensed by the situation that we find ourselves in.

Would I recommend this to a friend? I don't think I can answer this question honestly right now.

Very basic bar only opened in the morning !! seemd very strange so had to go out for a few beers elsewhere. Breakfast Very Very basic not a great choice. Rooms very dated and no ketlle.
Wouldnt recommend this hotel at all.
In need of a serious upgrade.

Someone stole my chain & charms from the room , we spoke to the Manager & Staff who tried to say id lost it !! Sent a cleaner who couldnt speak English ranting & raving at the door , we reported it to the police as no one was interested ,
Also there was no kettle , limited pots & pans & No shelves in the cooker ,we asked for them but never got them , the breakfast wasnt good , soggy cornflakes , dried bread & t bags that needed at least 4 per cup !! very dissapointing .
