My partner and I spent 4 wonderful nights in the Benabola hotel. We reserved a one bedroom street view apartment and we were not disapointed.

The apartment was very spacious, with a living/dining room, fully functional kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom, with bath/shower and toilet, and a seperate toilet, large bedroom, we also had 2 balcony's.

The staff were very welcoming, provided us with an iron and ironing board within 5 minutes of requesting it.

The Benabola hotel is located on the marina front, so walking to the shops and bar's was effortless.

We spent 2 days at the Plaza beach club, where you can hire a sun lounger for 15 euros each. We found this to be very relaxing and I would reccommend it.

This was our 3rd time in Puerto Banus in 2 years and we will not stay anywhere else when we visit again, as we feel the hotel has the perfect location and the apartment was charming and beautiful.

My hubby and my 16 month old baby stayed in Benabola for 2 nights. The receptionist spoke very good English adn he was helful actually. Gave us a good deal with Parking plus Room plus I requested a bed for my son and I found in the room in about minutes. I didnt get the room I saw on the internet, though! Please take your slippers, no carpets and no TV in the bedroom, I like my TV in the bedroom. Overall, nice place great location, but Puerto Banus is dead at this time of the year!

Just returned from an excellent stay at the Benabola. Receptionist extremely friendly and only took minutes to check in. The room was unbelievably huge for a twin room, modern, clean and definitely worth its 4 stars. Bathroom absolutely spotless with two showers! Located minutes from the Mariner and Plaza Beach (leather loungers, waiter service, live DJ, masseur ... bliss). Further into Puerto Banus is where the noise is, a good mixture of cool and tacky bars, depending on your mood, but this could not be heard from our apartment. Staff extremely helpful - unable to find a bar owned by a friend in the UK so the receptionist rang around various bars to find the location for us, complete with a map! The only change I would make is to book earlier, last week in August is a definite end of season and not all facilities were available in September (at least I am assuming this is why the bar and 24hr shop were not open). Would defo recommend!

Went to Puerto Banus for a hen weekend. Decided on the Benabola at there were 14 of us going and we could get 3 bedroom apartments here. Check in was a joke - took forever. The man checking us in did not have a clue what he was doing and had to keep going out to the office at the back to ask the manager what to do!!! When we eventually got to the rooms we were amazed by the size of them - they are massive! I stayed at Aloha Gardens a couple of years ago and I must say I thought those apartments were much better than Benabola. The bathrooms at Benabola could do with a good clean and the kitchen had bugs (what looked like small cockroaches) in the cupboards! The thing that makes the Benabola a good place to stay is the location. It is right on top of everything so you can walk everywhere.

We spent our first evening in Disco Inferno and for a fun night out (esp for a hen/stag do) you can't beat it. They play party music all night long!

Overall not a bad stay and as I say overall for location you cannot beat it
