Stayed in this hotel with my friend during our 3 day break in Malaga. We came from the airport at around 10 o'clock am and could not check in before 12. Hotel seemed to be completely empty. We went to the beach and left our suitcases inside the staff area. It was really awkward when our flight back was at 9pm and we had to check out at 12am, we did the same with our suitcases and had to get ready for the airport right there in the staff room, which was really awkward. Our room was sea view room and it was very nice and clean. We were relieved when we have found air-conditioning, because it was too hot. In the room there was a mini fridge with mini bar. We did not take breakfast with our accomodation , just went to the shop and bought some fruits and yoghurts. For the evening time i needed to iron my dress and was very surprised that they did not have an iron. Also very unpleasent thing happened to my friend in this hotel, but i don't want to say it here. We went to the receptionist and he was very angry and unpleasent with response and did not do anything about it. I just hope that the management is aware of what has happened and trying to solve this. I don't want to try to lower reputation of this hotel, because we really enjoyed our stay, and what has hapenned it's not hotel fault, it is staff fault and it may be only happening to 1 in million tourist, but we still were not happy with response of the receptionist. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Los Naranjos and we recommend it to everyone, great rates. Nice and clean accomodation, and nearly everybody of the staff are very friendly, especially the receptionist on our first day stay in the hotel :)))
