The title says it all. No lights, no hot water, no pools open, no bars open, no restaurants open, no spa open.........
Say no more.

It's a beautiful place on the surface, but if you scratch just a little you find so much dirt... I stayed for a week with two children and my parents. My parents had a beautiful room - only downside was that there was no showerhead and that one of the sink leaked out onto the floor. By the 3rd day they finally got a showerhead after having repeatedly asked for one. The room I shared with the children was small, and we only had towels for two. Again only after I asked for an extra towel repeatedly did we on the 4th day have towels to go around.
We arrived on a wednesday, and for the breakfast thursday they had no butter - they said they had run out... And I have never seen greasier bacon, yuk! My daughter ate the mushroomdish for breakfast on our last day, and had a foodpoisening.
We had a balcony, but it was too overgrown to supply us with a view. We only used it to dry towels and clothes.
And Spa? No swimmingpool were in working order while we were there - very dissapointing for the kids!
We ususally took the stairs down, and on the first day we wondered about some dirty dishes and garbagebags that had been left behind on the repos. On our second to last day my dad took a picture of it (the same dirty dishes had been there for the entire week) and showed it to the manager, and by the next day the dishes were gone, but the garbagebags remained.
Certainly not worth the four stars!

We arrived to find the hotel had been flooded, they told us 2 weeks before but nobody had warned the new arrivals that they would be unable to operate properly.

The rooms were smelly and damp, really disgusting.

The carpets in the hallways were threaded, stained and dirty.

The meals were unacceptable! Our party of 22 people complained for 2 hours and eventually at 9.30pm the hotel owner accepted responsibility and we were sent to the restaurant next door for the evening meal.

The Breakfast we did eat gave half our party Sickness and diarrhoea.

The day we arrived we heard reports from members of staff that there was a walkout over not receiving pay and the Skeleton crew clearly could not cope with a hotel that should have been closed down to deal with the major problems it had.

The hotel is situated right next to a very busy duel carriageway and would not recommend it to families.

If you book this place you will be disappointed! Please don’t waste your hard earned wages on this place.

It’s very sad

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel , i have stayed here previously and my parents often stay here for special occasions. The staff, food and rooms are brilliant, not to mention the price and locality to bars and great restaurant next door. The breakfast isn't full english but there is a wide variety, everything spotless, the weather wasn't great but we still had a fantastic time and will hopefully be going back soon!
