My wife and I stayed at Costa for a week in May and the ambience and friendliness of the many residents and fellow visitors made us feel right at home. The resort is quite compact and the qualityof the interior furnishings of each apartment varies considerably. This is because the apartments are owned by private individuals who obviously have different tastes. The grounds are a delight with many lovely flowers and perfectly manicured sunbathing lawns. There are several regular activities such as yoga and petanque. The pool and hot tub are popular too. We found the only downside was the very poor service in Manolos restaurant, we waited an hour for our food and when it finally came it was virtually inedible. We soon learned and ate out at the many good local restaurants that are in walking distance nearby. Renato's kiosk at the entrance to the beach is however good value and serves excellent cocktails and good food. The town of Estapona is a short bus ride away and well worth exploring as its Spanish essence has not been diluted like many of the resorts on the Costa del Sol as it is very popular with the Spanish people. The resort has many permanent residents who have mostly retired there but the summer months sees an influx of many different nationalities and obviously it is much busier in the highseason. We recommend Costa Natura for those who wish to holiday where they can practice a relaxing naturist lifestyle and still be in reach of popular places to visit. We will visit many times again in the future and we hope they residents committee sort out the restaurant.
