We stayed here as part of a group, so I cannot comment on the price; we also stayed in transit so can't comment on location relative to tourist spots. Check in was smooth. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas- there is a piano and we were entertained by a member of our party. The outside facade of the hotel was decorated in red lights for the holiday and I suspect it was multicolored for new years. The room was beautifully done. English TV channels are limited. Bathroom was good- hot water worked. Still don't understand the 1/2 glass panel for the bathtub (see this EVERYWHERE lately) and there is a bidet. I felt the bathtub was a little too high and might be difficult for seniors with high potential for falls and there isn't a great place to hang on to. The water controls were a little odd, but difficult to explain in type. Also, the sliding doors to the bathroom had some gaps so I never felt that I had complete privacy. Breakfast buffet was typical for what we saw throughout our Spanish journey- breads, cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, and cereals. Hot items included bacon and eggs. The gym has a few essentials (reminds me of an apartment complex gym) and the rooftop pool looks cool (but it was december). The street below is deceptively noisy and it was a little difficult to sleep.
There is a cute park across the street and some water fountains.
