Spent two nights in Cordoba to visit my niece who was studying there. The trip was during Feria (the city's fair), so we couldn't find a hotel right in town. This hotel is actually located in a very nice suburb of Cordoba in the hills overlooking the city. It was once a farm and has large grounds. The views are beautiful.
The style is like a Spanish mission. Our room faced a little courtyard. The room was a nice size - especially by European standards. Very clean. There was even a little refrigerator in the room. The staff was very friendly and spoke pretty good English.
While it's location is not right in town, it is only about a 15 minute drive into town. I don't know how much a taxi would cost - we had a rental. Parking in Cordoba was a little challenging, but we managed.
This hotel was attractive, clean, and had a pleasant staff. Good value and I would definitely go back.

“Super service. Great Location.”
We stayed here for 5 nights unexpectedly. We were in Córdoba for a bike race and my partner had an accident that needed hospital treatment. We needed somewhere to stay that took dogs, near the hospital in the northern part of the city of Córdoba. They were so welcoming to us and our two (large) dogs and let us use their own computer and fax machine to deal with admin.
The building is beautiful, if a little faded. There is wonderful olive and cork forest with numerous paths right on the doorstep - you're on the edge of the Sierra Morena.
It was great value and the staff were really sweet.
It's about a 15 min drive into the city centre. A great place to stay if you have dogs or you want to walk, run or bike in beautiful hills and visit Córdoba.
