Stayed here mid-October 2011. The location is the best thing about this hotel, you could almost spit from its front door to the wall of the Mezquita directly in front of you. Clean room. Bed was a bit stiff. The wifi connection was strong. I was on the top floor and had no trouble with the signal in my room. The staff spoke English and were friendly and helpful.

If touristic location is your prime desire, and you are willing to pay for it, than this is the best place for you!
Located right in the heart of the old city, in front of the Mezquite/Catedral and within walking distance from the old city attractions, this lovely hotel is ideal for tourists of Cordoba.
Arriving to the hotel by car was challenging; the GPS circled me around, trying desperately to enter the hotel location but was unable to do so due to street works and traffic changes. Eventually I paid a Taxi driver who led us along the crocked and very narrow alleys of the old city were we barley passed with our small size rented car (VW Polo).
I ordered the “city breaker deal’ with breakfast and guarantied parking place included, and it was a smart thing to do, there is no other place to park, and the garage was full when we arrived.
The hotel has a nice décor, and it is very clean, but something in the bed stung my wife during the first night and we requested to replace all our bed’s sheets with new ones, our request was granted immediately.
The room is of medium size, with mini bar, flat screen TV, and air-condition (its hot in Cordoba even in October!) and medium/firm beds.
The guy in the reception (Luis Nunes) spoke good English and was very friendly and cooperative.
Breakfast was very good but the diner menu was not the best, my recommendation is: go eat some where else in the evening; there are Tapas bars and restaurants near by.
The best one is the Red Horse, 20 meters from the hotel.
All and all it’s a very good place to stay if you want to tour the old city of Cordoba by foot.

The location could not have been better. Our room was clean and roomy enough; however the whole hotel needs some restoration and attention to detail. In our room, which was in the back and quiet had a slash in the lovely canvas painting. The free internet did not work and we were sent to another hotel for internet. The front staff was very stiff and almost unfriendly, but the breakfast staff was attentive and one server always had a lovely smile

If you are ever passing through Cordoba and want a place for the night, this is it. Inside the old walls and literally inches from the Mezquita.

I stayed here on 02 August, the height of teh tourist season and I got a double room for single use for approx €60 including breakfast.

Great staff at reception and lovely breakfast in the morning. Room was average size and had a very reasonable minibar, hotel had very reasonably priced underground car parking with great bars and restaurants nearby.

Perfect for a one night stopover to explore this enchanting city.

The only place to sray when in Cordoba.
