Good hotel, with good rooms for a good pice. Quiet and clean. Clean bathrooms also.
Central location in Ameria. A few mins alk to the "five streets", where Almeria comes alive at night. 10mins walk to Almerias main cultural attraction the Alcazaba. But the beach is quite a walk: 20-30mins.

I stayed with my sister for a few days and we were very comfortable, the room was spacious, with comfy beds and modern furniture. It's located in the nicest part of the city, the old quarter. The cathedral is three minutes away. The staff was helpful and polite.

Spent 2 nights here at the end of May and would happily go back again.

The location is marvellous - bang in the middle of the town and only a short walk to the beach - yet it was very quite at night time.

The reception staff were helpful and reasonably friendly though their English wasn't particularly good.

The room was adequate, clean, good bathroom with a very powerful shower, complimentary toiletries, stocked mini fridge, TV, hairdrier, plenty of wardrobe space and a safe which you have to get the key for at reception.

There is a restaurant but we didn't try it. Also didn't bother with paying extra for breakfast as we preferred to wander through the town and sit outside one of the many street cafes and watch the world go by.

There is a lovely tavern in the hotel and you can sit outside in the evening drinking and eating tapas all night for just a few euros - great value.

All in all, a good base for exploring Almeria at a good price.

I stayed there with my couple for three nights as we had some friedns celebrations in the area of Almeria. I agree with other reviews that this hotel is pretty basic. Reception area is pretty nice (except one rude guy at the reception) but rooms are small and outdated. Breakfast really just ok - not much to chose from. We didn't spend so much time in the hotel - so for just spending nights there is pretty ok. I have to admitt that hotel location is really good. And other point is the price - our double room per night was just above 50 Euro inlcuding breakfast. So if you have lots of other things to do in Almeria cost except spending time in the hotel then Torreluz is a good option for a night. If you prefer to spend some time at hotel pool for example then I found Hotel Barcelo having similar prices but looking more impressive then Torreluz.
