the attentio and quality of hte hotel was wondrfull also the costumer services cleans and good services

I've been in the hotel with my partner just for one night. it was a good experience, the room was clean and quite big. the hotel it's really in the center of Almeria and it's really easy to find, check in is fast and the receptionist is efficient. The only little problem was that the air conditioner was noisy.

Good location. Room spotless if decoration a little tired. Staff could not have been more helpful. They made a week's stay very pleasant. The two Junior suites have a terrace and are not expensive. Almeria itself is a gem; a very pleasant provincial town not over run by tourists. Cafe and restaurant charges reflect this.Some Spanish helpful but not necessary

Ok where to start with this hotel.....i have been travelling around europe now for 3 months and stayed in about 30-40 hotels and this is by far the worst.
Firstly the receptionist is rude and unfriendly which isn't a good start, when you finally get to your room you discover a insipid colour scheme with a paltry sized bathroom. The walls are also paper thin so you can hear everyone coming and going and the next door neighbours television (and i am not old i might add).Going back to the bathroom in our 30-40+ hotels we have never had a worse 'shower', you would be better off standing outside in the rain for an hour (which fortunately Almeria has little of). Anyway by all means visit Almeria (the cowboy sets are great) but don't stay in this hotel!!
