“Last alternative”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 August 2011

The room was very moldy smelling, tiny, gross & uncomfortable. The bathtub was so disgusting I opted to not even shower. The elevator was so old and small it would be enough to give anyone claustrophobia. Staff was very rude and not helpful at all when asked about information for getting around and what to see. Very expensive paid parking. Thankfully we only stayed 1 night.

“Very average...”

Hotel rooms are very small and furniture very very old, just bathroom is refurbished-so thats OK.Small TV in the room-but just 8 basic spanish channel only... Air condition dated-but working. No balcony or place to dry your beach stuff. Receptionists very friendly-with good english. Breakfast very very poor: just one cup of coffey and small juice, croissant, butter, jam, toast - thats it. Very hard to find parking place around the hotel, even you need to pay for parking-because its more less city centre... Hotel got own small parking for 12.60e per night. All in one: very average hotel... very... ;-)

“Find another hotel”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 June 2011

As other reviewers have said the receptionists are not friendly and are rather unhelpful. We reserved our double room on expedia and we got to our room to find two single beds so we went down to reception to get a double bed of which we were told that what we had is what we reserved. They did not say that they had no double beds and if this was the case then sure thats fine but he just refused to do anything about it. The room itself is old, the beds hard and the air conditioning noisy. In particular to our room the bathroom door does not shut, the shower was broken as the shower head cannot be attached to the wall so you have to hold it and the toilet is so hard to flush due to a old sticky handle. The doors on the room are also very noisy so you can hear your neighbours and being on the second floor we can also here other peoples water running past our bathroom. There is free Internet in the Lobby and reception but in the lobby there is no air conditioning so it gets incredibly hot. We have stayed in 1 and 2 star hotels that are better than this one which makes me wonder why they have a 3 star rating. Im glad we only stayed 2 nights.

“Avoid this one!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 May 2011

. We found out that parking costs half the price we paid for the room. We got to our room the a/c barely worked and our window was boarded up. The room was clean, bed hard as a rock. No internet in rooms. Expedia should mention added cost for parking.

“Good location for touristic stays”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 November 2010

Ideal location for beach, shoping, clubbing, easy walk to downtown and all historical monuments. The rooms are rather standard and need renovation (TV's don't work properly, there is no coffee/tea-making facilities). The hotel was generally clean and all things in the room were in good order. Nice see view. Free wifi. The staff were correct but not too warm, anyway, the breakfast service was a little bit chaotic as they did not have enough staff (I guess). Food was good and they tried to have a good variety. I think this hotel is fine for the price.
