“Excellent and friendly staff, thanks a lot”

As a driver works for Vega tour company, I stayed here with the group of Czech people at the end of January. My girlfriend works in Raddison Blu Alcron in Prague and she provided for me a smoking room, which was a big plus for me. The receptionist on the other side was very pleasant and helpfull. Check/in was very friendly and the receptionist seems like that she knows everything about the deal throught the phone:-) The dinner was excellent and so amazing. Thanks a lot for all of the staff in restaurant and in front office to make my stay more comfortable and pleasant. Especially thanks for the coffee in the morning, when I was leaving:-) I hope to stay there again. D.

“Nice hotel, shame about the beds!!!”

Stayed in this overnight on a drive through Germany.
Start with the good points.
Staff very helpful, very clean hotel. Food in restaurant was exeptional, I mean really exeptional.
Bad points. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were pointless as you rest your head and there is no support. Also there were no english speaking TV channels (although they say they had CNN0 and the only other choice is a per Tv option which is one film channel for 13.50 euros, which only shows two films.
In a nutshell, if your hungry on your way through Germany then definetly eat in their restaurant. However, if you value a goods nights sleep - something I consider fundamental to hotel, then keep on driving!!!
