This hotel is in the middle of the city. The luxury suites feature a high quality of life. Even standard rooms are very comfortable. The receptionists are very flexible so that there are hardly times of waiting. The breakfast is multifaceted. The spa area with great whirlpool on the 4th floor offers a good posibility of relaxation. The gym may be a little bit easy deemed. However free refreshments could be taken there. Du to the fact that there is short-term parking zone once have to park in the hotel garage. Never the less: the price is far convenient in relation to the high quality.

This hotel has very many positive apsects - it is a little out of the center but not too inconvenient and on the tram system.

Worst aspect is that the old fashioned TV has many channels but only one in English (Eurosport) which is of marginal interest and none in Mandarin. If you can only speak one of the two most widely spoken languages in the world you can be connected to any news program. It is very isolating and unnecessary today. Managment needs to get with it. Still thinks they are a Mercure.

As usual in the most of hotels is the HC room a long way from the elevator-
And with carpets on the floor is it hard to move in a wheelchair
But the rest was exelent. Nice hotel, exelent HC room near to the Old city.

First the few negative things, which I would expect from each quality hotel.
- No WLAN in all rooms
- Wired internet connection with extra cost
- Vegetarian options on restaurant's menu almost non-existing

Otherwise the hotel was excellent. We have stayed in other Pullman hotels as well and it is always a pleasure to stay in them. Main reason is the excellent breakfast, where you can fill your stomach even if you are vegan / vegetarian (like we are).

Hotel was located a very short walk from town center, but that was a good thing as there seemed to be quite many people partying and making noise in the center --> We got good night sleep.
