Nice hotel, mostly quiet. Friendly service, good location at the heart of the city and near the main railway station. Breakfast buffet was very good equipped.
The parking spaces were a little crowded, but it was possible to get one at least, thanks to the service team.
Only one thing that could be improved - I didn't like the small plastic bathroom which doesn't fit to the rest of the otherwise very well equipped hotel rooms.
Did not have a chance to try the hotel restaurant, but it sure looked good at least.

We had been travelling across "Western Germany" into "Eastern Germany" in a car purchased just hours ago. We were then "shanghaied" into an old Bierstube by friends, - before we dropped almost "dead or alive" into bed and slept.

Next morning we had to leave at 4 o'clock in the morning and the reception had prepared a continental breakfast just for us.

We will be back in spring, and would certainly like to spend more time at this hotel.

overall quality ok, location is very nice, right in the center - old town. just a little too noisy. room was heavily overprized for one night, because the Pope was in the city, but for regular price itś an ok hotel.

Good Cityhotel - close to everything like Kraemerbruecke, Dome and Augustinerkloster. They charged me a price far beyond the standard because of the visit of the pope the same day. O.K. there are probably only a few occasions that may justify a premium - and this might be one. And they upgraded me into a better room category - quiet and in a good size. Breakfast has been good, however, I always find it hard to eat enough to find 23 $ reasonable. Friendly staff and quick administration. Be aware, that the hotel will charge circa 12 $ extra fee, which becomes more and more common in Germany. Nothing the hotel is to blame about. Just a head's up.
