I loved this hotel. I had an enormous room with a beautiful view. Loved the flower windowboxes in my windows. I understand not all of the views are as great, but mine was wonderful The hotel definitely had a boutique feel to it in the lobby. It was nice that it had affordable Internet access in the lobby, and a well stocked breakfast. Great location near the shops and town square with many cafes to choose from.

We were lured to the hotel with the promise of it being a 'boutique' styled hotel. Although we had a pleasant stay I would not rate its interior decor as being anything special and was only slightly better than a Travel Lodge in the UK. However, the service was fautless, the room spotless and everything seemed to be efficiently run. The restaurant attached to the hotel "Zum Alten Schwan" was very good with an unusual menu. The dishes we had seemed lovingly prepared with ample portions. Be warned though that the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings.
