We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in a junior suite on the ground floor. The hotel is very elegant, but its public rooms are deserted, hence there was no 'soul' or atmosphere to the place. The food is excellent (breakfast leaves absolutely nothing to be desired) , as is the location, right at the seafront, a few minutes walk into the shopping area. There is only an indoor pool, but in general facilities are top class, Molton Brown toiletries in public rooms as well as hotel bathrooms. Unfortunately there was a wedding on our last night, and the noise was unbearable. We had been sent a bottle of wine and some Oropax, which should have been a warning sign, as for 487 Euros I would have preferred a decent night's sleep rather than a glass of wine. The patio (part of the suite)is a nice feature, but there is no view and a high hedge makes you feel a little closed in.
The parking charge annoyed me too.
