Fantastic value for money. Good friendly service from the staff, we had a room on the 3rd floor and was accessible via a lift (not common in small European hotels!). Parking was minimal, but the owner kindly shifted his car for us. The room itself was clean, the bathroom clean and modern. The triple room we had was a little on the small side, but manageable - particularly for the price. Great buffet breakfast. Excellent location, about a 10 min walk to the Holstentor Gate/old town. Would definitely recommend a short term stay here.

Staff very friendly. Room bright and clean, as was bathroom. Homely atmosphere. Breakfast quite limited but OK (apart from usual barely warm coffee!!!). Great location for everything (sights, train, bus, boat). A little pricey at €124 per night. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is situated very close to the old town and has limited parking in front. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was quite adequate.

After all the positive reviews I was surprised when we arrived at a quite basic hotel with very limited service. We had booked superior rooms but they were far from that. Hard and uncomfortable beds, rough carpets and a veeeeeery slow wireless Internet connection made it impossible to work efficiently in the room. Bathroom was OK and breakfast adequate. We paid around EUR 65 since we booked directly on their website.
